I ask how it is possible that it was redeemed if I have the ticket in my hand!! They call in the big guys and they do an investigation and after and HOUR of standing by the window, the manager on duty and another young man(Jonathon) both tell me that they cannot find where it was redeemed and the manager says he will cancel it and give me my money. I had spilled a drink on it and it was sticky, so no machine would take it. I went to the casino cage to cash in a ticket for $300.00 and they tell me it has already been redeemed! I assure them it has not.
